Aishwarya Rai With Rajinikanth


Looks like the former miss world has finally signed on the dotted lines to act in Superstar Rajinikanth’s forthcoming movie Robot.

The buzz is that the Bollywood beauty has been paid a bomb of 1.5 crores for the movie and it is said to be the highest amount ever paid to an actress. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is said to have confirmed to the media in an interview to a popular channel that she is doing Shankar’s Robot.

Robot is already associated with big names like Superstar Rajinikanth, A.R Rahman, director Shankar, Cinematographer Nirav Shah, art director Sabu Cyril and now the addition of Aishwarya to the crew is just adding another feather to the already beautiful cap.

Will all these Robot has all the ingredients to create history in Indian Cinema.

‘Robot’ starts from AVM Studio


Shankar’s next science fiction project Robot’s team started shooting the scenes in an air-conditioned room in AVM studio.

Director Shankar captured the superstar for the first scene of the film.

Many fans of the superstar were very eager to know the start of shooting of ‘Robot’ and within minutes of the news reaching them many fans of Rajinikanth thronged at AVM Studio to get a glimpse of the superstar.

But since the rules of AVM studio restricts the entry for the public the fans had to leave the scene disappointed.

This big-budget film sees superstar Rajinikanth and the Aishwarya Rai Bachchan coming together for the first time ever. The film is directed by one of the most flamboyant directors of the country, Shankar, and the music of A.R. Rahman will grace the film.

Let us also inform you that Rajinikanth will soon be shooting for P. Vasu directed ‘Kuselan’ the tamil version of Malayalam super hit ‘Katha Parayumbhol'.

Robot’s invites and Shankar’s eye for detail!

Ground work for Robot, the proposed gargantuan project of director Shankar and superstar Rajinikanth, produced by Ayngaran International has already been on and with the kick off of the launch invitation photo shoot beginning yesterday, the movie has been officially launched.

Shankar is known for his eye for detail and his invitation for the earlier runaway hit Sivaji has been a head turner of sorts. He is said to be an extremely busy man now overseeing the varied aspects of the design, font and the appearance of the title. Knowing Shankar, one can be certain that he will not disappoint the fans.

Superstar – Shankar – Rahman join hands yet again for this magnum opus that is said to be shot in Tamil and many regional languages and Hindi simultaneously. Bachchan bahu Aishwarya plays Rajinikanth’s lead in Robot dispelling rumors surrounding her acceptance of the offer.
